Job Description
Generate business from existing and new customers as per assigned targets
Liaise with pre sales for finalizing solutions in accordance with marketing team
Keep follow-up of critical service issues, and ensure resolution by coordinating with relevant teams along with timely escalation where required
Ensure revenue and retention as per assigned targets of GSM and Mobile Financial Services
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers regarding sales, revenue, and invoice clearance
Coordinate with billing and receivables department to resolve billing related issues
Analyze competitors offerings
Renew, amend, and sign-off contracts
Liaise with pre sales for finalizing solutions in accordance with marketing team
