Position Related:
-The encumbent will be responsible to provide end to end support in onboarding of the current / future business partners and the merchants they are dealing with. This is in line with the strategy of the company to expand its financial services footprint across the country.

-Education:
-MBA / BBA Marketing / Management

Work experience:
-Relevant experience in Sales & Distribution, Banking Operation, Marketing operations (minimum 3 years of experience)

Goals:
-Provide system support to the channel partners and their staff equipping them with the requisite tools to accomplish mutual goals
-Over the course of 09 months, act as an enabler to channel partner’s sales force by providing all the support they require with regards to the Bank, the internal stakeholders and the sales team
-Work in close coordination with channel partners’ sales force to ensure seamless merchant onboarding
-Act as a bridge between the partner and all the internal departments for timely completion of the daily tasks
-Develop and train channel partners’ back end team to ensure minimal discrepancy / rejections in merchant onboarding documentation

Your typical day at work:

o Work with channel partners back end team to review the merchant addition process
o Coordinating with the bank for speedy merchant registation
o Eliminating discrepancies in merchant forms
o Visit to the distributors’ office for a meeting for performance analysis / feedback
o Interaction with internal departments to resolve issues on a daily basis

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:

MS Office (Excel. Powerpoint proficiency preferred)
In depth knowledge of Sales & Distribution / Banking branch operations preferred

1- ASSISTANT PROFESSORS (Islamic Studies)
