• 5-6 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, visual design, or similar UX-related role.
• At least 2 year of experience leading projects with other UX Designers and directly managing them
• Sound understanding of common front-end and back-end platforms
• Passion for UX design and eagerness to mentor and elevate with other creative people
• Strong understanding of usability and user-centered design practices
• Passion for emerging technologies and hunger to innovate
• Ability to easily understand, write, and communicate in English
