Manager Finance in Karachi
OVERALL JOB SUMMARY:
Independently handling of all the Accounts and Finance matters, including, Banking, Income tax, Sales tax issues, Internal Audit, Corporate Affairs. Experience in a similar role with /Trading Company will be an added advantage.
Provide strategic direction in the overall Management of the organization’s Financial activities. Head of Finance & Accounts will have the primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all finance and accounts related activities of the organization including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, audit and treasury management as per company’s defined financial policies and international accounting practices and standards.
· Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting and commercial department.
· Maintain independently accounts & taxation all sorts as head of department.
· Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
· Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
· Provide recommendations for improvement.
· Having ample knowledge about the corporate law and SECP regulations
· Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
· Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue;
· Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
· Supervising staff;
· Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislations
SKILLS:
· Excellent knowledge of accounting, income tax, sales tax and banking matters.
· Well organized with good analytical and time management skills.
· Excellent communication, report writing and computer skills.
· Team management and development skills
· Planning Budgeting & Forecasting, Tax Preparation, SECP filings, Corporate Tax Filings
