Job Description

Plan and execute commissioning of sites along with ensuring availability of vendor services through PR/PO processes
Liaise with procurement and keep track of vendor POs, invoices and payments
Liaise with PMO, Logistics and Planning teams for timely execution of roll-out projects
Carry out ATPs with internal & external teams
Manage site issues/snags tracking on regional level and ensure closure of open issues within stipulated timelines
Perform site audits to check the quality of work for telco installations
Ensure quality in all deployment works to meet PMCL and industry standards

Essential Skills

In-depth knowledge of industry standards and practices in all kinds of telco equipment in Access & Core, microwave installations, BTS/BSC and dedicated solutions telecom installations
Expertise in commissioning of Telco equipment (Huawei, Ericsson, ZTE)
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & AutoCad

Desirable Skills

Strong communication, coordination, time management, and analytical skills

Update, verify, and process invoices for Sub vendors & its record keeping
Prepare various reports related to Facility Management department on daily/weekly and monthly basis
Keep a close eye on network KPIs and take action accordingly
Conduct JV with other departments for installation of new hardware / expansion and support implementation of purposed plan at MSC/MGW & IT Data Center
Monitor individual team members to identify and schedule required training
Conduct meetings with subcon on weekly/monthly basis to stream line the process
Introduce processes for system efficiency enhancement
