Job Purpose:
To perform 24x7x365 roster based shift in Network Operation Center. The main job of this position is network surveillance, fault escalations and follow-ups with concern stakeholders. Medium level supervision by Shift Lead is required to achieve objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Radio Network Surveillance, Monitoring, Escalations & Follow ups of below cases
- Radio Network Outages
- Radio Network EAS Alarms
- Radio Network IAS Alarms
- NOC Radio Floor in Charge Responsibility
- Seamless Shift handover and takeover
- Generation of Shift Conformance reports.
- Refreshing vendor logins as per approved activities
- Radio Network Special task.
- Radio Network Manual Trouble Tickets Management.
- Radio Network Planned activities tracking.
- Generation of Radio network periodic and on demand reports
- Radio Network Configuration Management
- Radio Network Performance KPIs surveillance.
- Radio Network on demand Sanity Testings & coordination with different stakeholders.
- Radio Network OSS applications monitoring
- NOC Radio department Continual improvements initiatives.Initiation and completion of Kaizen and Quality improvement project.
