Description:
Provide
exemplary pre-sales support to the sales team focusing on enterprise accounts.
Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers
Act as technical bridge between sales representatives and their pre-sales customers.
Assist in driving new business from prospective and existing customer accounts within their respective assigned territory, and meet and/or exceed all sales quotas to achieve revenue goals.
Organize, plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the technical pre-sales engagement for prospective customer.
Take ownership of the prime technical relationship with pre-sales customers to drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing and delivering technical information to our customers both onsite, online, and via telephone
Write technical requirement specifications which meet customer requirements and translate these accurately to sales, delivery and development team.
Support the regional sales organization to ensure timely and successful closing of sales to potential customers.
Liaise between customers, configuration mangers, product managers to communicate relevant feedback and customer requirements.
Help in new products roadmap by sharing field experience with product managers in development priorities.
Develop and present customer presentations at every enterprise customer’s organization level.
Provide coaching to team-members of sales department in order to enhance their knowledge of products, technical acumen and technical sales skills.
